Before forming Berger Law Firm, P.C., Tad Berger spent 12 years with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, where he handled a variety of regulatory issues before the Public Utility Commission and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. His attention to detail, timeliness and ability to keep strong working relationships with various governmental and regulatory agencies continues to help him today as he assists clients with regulatory and administrative law matters at our firm.
